The Principle of Digital Printing
Digital printing leverages single-pass multi-color imaging integrated with UV-curing technology for instantaneous ink solidification. Driven by a plate-free digital workflow, the system directly parses PDF design files into print commands. This eliminates traditional setup stages, ensuring high-fidelity reproduction from digital files to physical output—truly achieving "What You See Is What You Get."

Screen Printing: Requires film, plates, and registration for each color.
It supports metallic effects
with a thicker, more solid ink layer, but cannot print gradients. 

Digital Printing: A plate-free process that eliminates setup costs and shortens lead times for multi-color jobs. It supports gradients, but the ink is more translucent, making the colors appear lighter and less opaque than screen printing.

Polycarbonate (PC):PC is a cost-effective alternative for graphic overlays with excellent scratch resistance. Its superior formability creates tactile feel. This material is widely used for capacitive switches, decorative overlays, and industrial warning labels.
Acrylic (PMMA): Acrylic offers superior light transmission for backlighting, making it lighter and tougher than glass. While best for indoor smart switches and high-end labels, it provides exceptional visual clarity for any custom interface design.
Glass: With extreme hardness and weatherproof properties, glass is ideal for outdoor touch panels. It supports AG (Anti-Glare) , AF (Anti-Fingerprint) and AF (anti-fingerprint) treatments, making it the standard for high-end smart home interfaces touch panels.
