PET Graphic Overlay with Brushed Metal Textures

 PET Overlay with brushed metal textures is a textured polyester film printed with a specialist metallic ink that creates brushed metal textures, while retaining the clarity of the transparent window, the beautifully printed buttons, and the lightweight and flexible properties of the membrane switch. Our engineers have continuously experimented and improve production processes to achieve the customer's requirement for graphic overlay with brushed metal textures excepting the window and buttons area for cost savings.

 Appearance Effect

1. The delicate brushed metal textures are produced by embossing or coating process, and matte, glossy or colored metal effects (such as color champagne gold, gunmetal gray, stainless steel, etc.) are achieved through printings.
2. Still gentle light achieved after refraction, avoiding the intense glare of pure metal, it has a premium look.

Physical Characteristics

Lightweight: The density is only 1/3 to 1/2 of that of metal and is used in products that aim to reduce weight (such as electronic products, automotive interiors, etc.). A lightweight product makes handling simpler and potentially reduces shipping costs.

Durability: Anti-fingerprint, anti-ultraviolet, corrosion-resistant, the surface will not turn yellow or fade after long-term outdoor use（metal materials are prone to fingerprints and rust）

Flexibility: It can be punched and bent, perfect for the devices/equipment that has curved operation interface (metal sheets with brushed metal textures are prone to breaking when bent)
