High Impact Resistance: Polycarbonate is exceptionally tough and resistant to damage. 200 times stronger than glass, suitable for explosion-proof and drop-resistant applications (such as car dashboards)
High Temperature Resistance: Metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and brass provide a high-end visual and tactile experience.
High Temperature Tolerance: It can withstand elevated temperatures.Long-term operating temperatures can reach 120°C, and short-term temperature resistance reaches 130-140°C (superior to PET and PMMA).
High Light Transmittance: With a light transmittance approaching 90%, it can replace glass (such as optical-grade PC).
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to grease, alcohol, weak acids and bases, but susceptible to corrosion from strong bases .
Flame Retardant: Meets UL94 V-0/V-2 standards (suitable for electronic devices). Specialized versions offer fire-retardant properties for safety-critical applications.
